A. Typically orders will ship from Ontario, Canada. Customized orders ship direct from our overseas ethical manufacturing facility.

A. We ship worldwide.

A. We use Canada post, UPS, DHL or Fedex, depending on the order size and location.

Q. How long until I receive my order?

A. A typical order will arrive between a couple days to 3 weeks in most cases, depending how close the destination is to our warehouse. An order with customized products may take an extra week or two.

A. Our mailers are made from D2W biodegradable materials. We also have a new plant based mailer, made from cornstarch

Q. What quality can I expect?

A. We use the highest quality materials to ensure your absolute satisfaction.

Q. How long will the mailers last?
A. The D2W mailers have a typical lifespan of 2 years after production. The plant based mailers have a lifespan of 1 year.
